Returns and exchanges of goods \u2013 Art-Agro<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At Art-Agro, we care about your satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, please read the following policies. We operate in accordance with applicable consumer law in Poland and the European Union. <\/p>\n

Right to withdraw from the contract (return of goods)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment <\/strong>\u2013 \u200b\u200bwithout giving any reason.<\/p>\n

    Complete the returns form (we will send it upon request).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Return the goods to the indicated address \u2013 at your own expense.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    After receiving the parcel and checking its condition, we will refund the money to the account number provided \u2013 within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return terms:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      The product must not show any signs of use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with complete accessories and documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Returns are not available for parts made to individual customer orders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Exchange of goods<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., due to the incorrect model), please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase<\/strong>, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. <\/p>\n

      Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was made on our part.<\/p>\n

      Complaints (damaged goods or goods not in accordance with the order)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      If you have received a damaged product or goods that do not match the order, please file a complaint:<\/p>\n

        After accepting the complaint, we will determine how to resolve the matter: repair, replacement of the goods, or refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
