Construction:
Consists of a fixed ball bearing with a spherical outer clamp placed between two thin, stamped steel flanges.

Used to transfer torque from the drive to the shaft. In case of emergency loads (shocks, tilts, vibrations), the lightweight design of the flange housing is destroyed, protecting the combine mechanisms from more serious failures.
