Returns and exchanges of goods – Art-Agro
At Art-Agro, we care about your satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, please read the following policies. We operate in accordance with applicable consumer law in Poland and the European Union.
Right to withdraw from the contract (return of goods)
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment – without giving any reason.
How to make a return:

Complete the returns form (we will send it upon request).

Return the goods to the indicated address – at your own expense.

After receiving the parcel and checking its condition, we will refund the money to the account number provided – within 14 days.
Return terms:

The product must not show any signs of use.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with complete accessories and documentation.

Returns are not available for parts made to individual customer orders.
Exchange of goods
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., due to the incorrect model), please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was made on our part.
Complaints (damaged goods or goods not in accordance with the order)
If you have received a damaged product or goods that do not match the order, please file a complaint:

Please write to us at artagro9@gmail.com with a description of the problem and photos of the damage.

After accepting the complaint, we will determine how to resolve the matter: repair, replacement of the goods, or refund.
