Public offer – terms and conditions of purchase at the Art-Agro store

§1. General provisions

  1. This document constitutes a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and the regulations for the provision of electronic services by the Art-Agro online store, available at: https://art-agro.pl.

  2. The online store is run by Art Agro Group based in Poland.

  3. This offer is addressed to both individuals and entrepreneurs making purchases for professional or business purposes.

§2. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website, email, telephone or instant messaging.

  2. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this offer and constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between the customer and Art-Agro.

  3. The customer is obliged to provide correct data necessary to complete the order.

§3. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices listed on the website are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Art-Agro reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the change does not affect orders already placed.

  3. Available payment methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery, cash on personal collection and other methods provided on the website.

§4. Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped throughout Poland via courier companies.

  2. Shipping costs are visible when placing your order and depend on the carrier selected and the weight of the shipment.

  3. Order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

§5. Complaints and returns

  1. The customer has the right to file a complaint if the goods received are defective or do not comply with the order.

  2. Complaints are considered within 14 business days from the date of their submission.

  3. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason – in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.

§6. Personal data protection

  1. By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of personal data by Art-Agro for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

  2. Data are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR Regulation (EU 2016/679).

§7. Final provisions

  1. Art-Agro reserves the right to make changes to this offer without prior notice.

  2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
